You can either get a secured card through your bank or go with Orchid bank.

As of Feb 22, anyone under 21 will no longer be able to get a credit card per federal law. Most credit card issuers have already stopped issuing cards to that group. With that being said, the best one for you is ANY card that will accept you. You are not in a position to choose which card you get.

Try to get a debit card through your bank account. As the other answerer said, you should apply for whatever offer comes your way. At your age, you just take whatever you can get.

Try a prepaid card, if you can afford to put down a deposit. These cards are also referred to as secured cards. You deposit $500 for example and you have a $500 line of credit. If you need an unsecured card – basically a "real" credit card, where you charge and pay later, try any of these: http://www.chargereviews.com/no-credit-history-credit-cards.html.
Best way to build credit is to pay your bills on time and not max out on your credit limit. That accounts for a huge percentage of your creditworthiness. Good luck.
